Being a leader is where the really big money is, eventually.  We’re talking about network marketing, of course.  You want to attract people to you and eventually other leaders.  But, also, being a leader means not letting the little things get you down.

We’re talking about if a product ordered by you or a label is put on crooked.  Leaders don’t let these things get them down.  In fact, a leader will look at the former and say,  “Wow, so many people want this product that the company has to make more than they thought!”.  Regarding the latter a leader may think: “That’s okay, doesn’t happen too often and the product is still great.”

A leader will teach her distributors to think positively, if they are coachable.  Also, a leader has a great, big “why” which keeps him from focusing on the small stuff.

Wishing you the belief that being a leader means not letting the little things get you down,
